The Leadership Academy is a life-changing program that focuses on engaging youth to become tomorrow’s leaders. This eight year program provides an opportunity for youth to nurture, develop, and enhance their academic
and leadership skills. To date, over 40 students have benefited from RCFLA.
The Teen Driver Safety Program engages youth
13 to 19 years of age to become safe drivers. Our programming focuses on safe driving attitudes,
risk awareness, driver alertness, driver distractions, and positive interactions with other roadway users.
