A native of Georgia, Cameron has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He is widely recognized for his talent and expertise in the field of broadcasting. Ryan has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry, earning two Emmy Awards and a place in both the Georgia (2014) and Black Radio Hall of Fames. Currently, he hosts the #1 afternoon show on WAMJ MAJIC 107.5/97.5. His voice can even be heard in video games all around the world. Most recently, Ryan Cameron received syndication nationally by Urban One Inc’s Reach Media for the new Ryan Cameron Uncensored Show. In addition to his work in radio, Cameron has also made his mark in the world of sports, becoming the first African American P.A. Announcer for the Atlanta Hawks franchise, and later taking on the role of public address announcer for the Atlanta Falcons. Cameron is a founding partner of the Threaded Agency, a global sports branding corporation, and has recently added producer and director to his impressive list of accomplishments, with several TV shows on TV One to his name. Despite his busy schedule, Cameron remains dedicated to giving back to his community. In 2002, he founded the Ryan Cameron Foundation (RCF), an organization that is committed to helping underserved youth transition into adulthood. Through RCF's programs, which focus on health screenings, fitness and nutrition education, violence prevention, and leadership training, Cameron has helped thousands of young people in Atlanta. The foundation has even produced a Gates Millennium Scholar through its Leadership Academy program. Ryan has been awarded and recognized for his contributions to the community. In 2015 Atlanta Magazine ranked him as one of the 55 Most Powerful People in Atlanta, GA. Cameron has become a true legend, beloved by his community and respected by his peers.
